Key Objectives & Responsibilities: 
 
The candidate journey starts here with you, the face of recruitment at this prestigous client.  No pressure! Well, actually there is! Only a first-class candidate experience will do! 
 
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for:
 
- The end to end recruitment process using our applicant tracking system, Team Tailor 
- Advertising on various platforms, managing applications, screening and shortlisting and stakeholder management 
- Bring fresh ideas to in house recruitment by sharing innovative ways to attract our future talent. 
- Manage the recruitment of multiple different roles simultaneously 
- Close liaison with HR to initiate onboarding and data reporting
- Engage with external recruitment partners 
 
As we grow, your role will too, and you will be exposed to coordinating high volume recruitment campaigns along with careers fairs and events.  We have a lot to achieve and therefore there is definite scope for in role development and progression. 
 
This is not for the faint hearted, we are a lean and agile organisation therefore expect a fast paced, ever evolving and changing environment! 
 
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and industry previously and will have used tools such as Team Tailor, Workday, LinkedIn, and careers boards.  Most importantly, you will be a genuine people person and have the ability to engage and represent with candidates on a human level.
 
Academic Requirements 
 
You will need to have worked in recruitment in some capacity previously to know that this is your passion, that could be in a 360 sales role, account development or in house.
Recruiting in the automotive sector or an engineering environment is essential as is possessing a sound level of exposure to recruitment processes, policies and procedures.
