To qualify, simply recommend a candidate to us (meeting our fairly painless terms and conditions below) and if this results in a successful placement, we’ll send you a gift as a thank you!
Our reward prizes
For a successful permanent placement, we award £250 of vouchers for any one of the below retailers.
For a successful contract placement, we award £150 of vouchers for one of the below retailers.

Who can participate in our recommend scheme, and how?
Anyone registered with Gerrell & Hard as a candidate can participate. You can register with us at any time to be eligible if you are not already.
What do I need to do?
Simply introduce us to a candidate.
The terms and conditions
We want to help you help us, so we’ll keep it as simple as possible!
- Contractors must complete 13 consecutive weeks of service and permanent staff must have been in their role for 13 weeks, to the satisfaction of the client.
- The candidate you refer must either: not be registered with Gerrell & Hard OR if they are already registered, have not been in contact with us in any way within the last 12 months.
- Reward claims must be made within 30 days of the start of the placement.
- Rewards will be paid once the referred candidate completes the abovementioned qualifying period.
- Gerrell & Hard reserves the right to modify or terminate the Terms and Conditions of the referral scheme without notice.
- In the event of any dispute, Gerrell & Hard’s decision will be final.
