Since 2011, Gerrell & Hard has established itself as a first-class recruitment consultancy and business partner in an increasing number of High technology and Engineering sectors.
We have expanded our coverage, expertise and team by growing with our clients and candidates, and by employing only the very best new recruitment consultants to increase our capability and market coverage.
Our founders Nick Gerrell and Joel Hard met and worked closely together for several years at a major international recruitment firm, gaining a grounding in high-quality full lifecycle recruitment and benefiting from award-winning training.
After gaining many years of experience of Automotive and Engineering recruitment, they decided to set up their own recruitment consultancy – one reflecting their values whilst allowing them to refine the levels of service they had learned.
Today, our portfolio includes technical, engineering and manufacturing skillsets and others so new that we are helping our clients to write job specifications that are among the first of their kind, consulting with them on transferrable skills and developing a new kind of technical professional for a demanding new world.
