Job Description

To assist with a growth strategy, this business is recruiting a Recruitment Officer. Supporting the strategic growth, the Recruitment Officer will be responsible for:
- Supporting the recruitment process from requisition to offer for a variety of roles
- Maintaining an accurate database of vacancies and candidates to enable accurate reporting and monitoring 
- Responsible for promoting this business as an employer of choice
- Marketing vacancies by placing adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies and promoting the business at recruitment fairs and events 
- Working with Universities and Schools to promote the apprentice, undergraduate and graduate programmes
- Organising appropriate pre-interview testing for applicants
- Organising and attending interviews and assessment centres as appropriate for each role
- Management progression of LinkedIn as a method of recruitment
- Providing responses and feedback to applicants and agencies in a timely manner
- Supporting contract creation and recruitment administration 

Qualifications
- Good general level of education

Experience 
- Experience of in-house recruitment for a variety of roles – interviewing and testing in a fast paced environment 
- Experience of  using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool
- Experience of working within a small busy HR team

Skills
- Excellent communication skills – oral and in writing
- Have the ability to work autonomously and in a team 
- Fully proficient in MS office 
- Strong customer focus
- Strong Organisational skills 

Other 
- Flexibility to travel as and when required
- Full UK driving licence
- SC clearance or ability to achieve this (UK national with residency in the UK for the last 5 years)
- Willing to undergo a Criminal Disclosure check
