The role
The Strategy & Finance Associate will be based primarily within the Component Engineering Division and will work closely with the Business Operations Director and the Director for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support the execution of the strategic vision.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 1-2 years of experience, ideally from a consulting background, who is eager to apply their analytical skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The position will combine several aspects of business management, with a primary focus on:
- financial modelling and analysis
- pricing analysis and support
- customer-facing documentation and proposals
- coordination of internal strategic projects
As a hands-on contributor, you will support leadership in financial planning, strategic analysis, and operational excellence. Essential
-1-2 years of post-university experience, ideally in strategy, management consulting, or corporate finance
-An undergraduate degree 2:1 or above from a top university
-Highly numerate with strong Excel skills and comfort with financial modelling
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to create clear, professional documentation
-Organised, proactive, and outcome-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
-Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges
Desirable
-Experience with Power BI and / or other BI tools
-Experience with managing complex stakeholder relationships
-Degree in Engineering or another STEM subject
-Interest in engineering, manufacturing and / or advanced materials
