You will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex projects within a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment.
<h3>Essential Experience &amp; Qualifications</h3>

Degree qualified, ideally BEng or equivalent.
</li>
<li>
Proven experience managing projects with values up to &pound;10m.
</li>
<li>
Strong project planning, scheduling and project-control experience.
</li>
<li>
Experience with Earned Value Management.
</li>
<li>
Strong risk management skills.
</li>
<li>
Experience working with or for Prime organisations.
</li>
<li>
Understanding of relevant industry standards and requirements.
</li>
<li>
Experience using ERP systems within a project environment.
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of production planning and capacity management.
</li>
<li>
Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
</li>
<li>
Confident managing conflict and challenging stakeholders when required.
</li>
<li>
Proactive, commercially aware and highly organised.
</li>
<li>
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
</li>
<li>
SC clearance or the ability to obtain SC clearance.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Desirable</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Formal Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent.
</li>
<li>
Experience within defence, microelectronics, optoelectronics, electronics, semiconductor or high-reliability manufacturing.
</li>
<li>
Experience using LEAN, Kaizen or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
</li>
<li>
Experience with product qualification, production transfer or manufacturing scale-up.
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of ILS and component obsolescence management.
</li>
</ul>
This role can be based at either Milton Keynes or Great Yarmouth
