Our client is an innovative British luxury automotive business, creating officially licensed, beautifully engineered scale recreations of some of the world's most iconic classic cars. Combining exceptional craftsmanship with globally recognised automotive partnerships, they are redefining collectible automotive art for clients across the world.

As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an ambitious Client Account Manager to build relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, collectors and dealer partners, helping drive the next stage of their international growth.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to combine luxury sales with exceptional relationship management. You'll become the trusted point of contact for an exclusive portfolio of clients, delivering a first-class experience from initial enquiry through to ownership and beyond.

You'll also represent the brand at prestigious UK and international events while identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of private clients and dealer partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Convert inbound enquiries and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
  • Represent the business at client events in the UK and internationally.
  • Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey, including aftersales support.

About You

You'll be commercially driven, confident building relationships, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You'll ideally have:

  • At least two years' experience in a target-driven sales or account management role.
  • Experience within luxury, automotive or another premium customer-focused environment.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or VIP clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong CRM and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
