Are you an organised and detail-driven individual with a passion for logistics and international trade? We’re looking for an Import & Export Administrator to join our team in Southampton. In this role, you’ll support global import and export operations while managing repair orders for UK and international customers.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in coordinating international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and maintaining smooth import and export processes. From processing documentation to supporting internal stakeholders, your work will help keep our global supply chain running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process all paperwork for global sales, repair shipments, and returns
• Coordinate inbound UK freight shipments, ensuring customs compliance and timely clearance
• Minimise duties, taxes, and associated costs where possible without impacting service levels
• Maintain accurate import/export records for audit and compliance purposes
• Manage controlled exports and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Liaise with service providers and internal teams to resolve customs or compliance issues
• Support the development of procedures to streamline international trade processes
• Process all UK and global repair orders accurately and on time
• Provide support to internal teams and stakeholders as required

About You
We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, able to work with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Experience using ERP systems
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Desirable:
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance processes
• Experience working within a logistics or warehouse environment
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems
• Commercial awareness within an international business
