PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this is a unique opportunity to join the purchasing team and an exclusive automotive environment which is undergoing a transformation and rapid growth in response to its critically acclaimed global products and best-in-class performance.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
You will be responsible for the effective support of Purchasing team in daily administration tasks:
• SAP maintenance - materials prices updates, vendor data base, reporting
• Invoices reconciliation
• Database management - analysis, cleansing and consolidation
• Supplier meetings data preparation and overall support
• Daily purchasing activities - orders, room booking
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Business Knowledge:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook – advanced user
• SAP environment knowledge or other MRP will be advantage
Personal attributes:
• Excellent organisational skills, deadline adherence and exceptional attention to accuracy and detail
• Time management – able to self-organize the work content
• Enthusiastic and with a high level of self-motivation to overcome obstacles
