Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute production strategies, schedules, and resource plans
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of technicians and operators
• Monitor operations to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement to maintain smooth supply chains
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with senior leadership and engineering teams to align goals

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in manufacturing with strong production management experience
