About Futraheat
We are an early-stage, cleantech company formed to commercialise our novel, patented compressor technology. Our vision is to make a meaningful dent in global CO2 emissions by pioneering the electrification of industry with disruptive heat pump products.
Our core technology is a turbo-compressor – simplified. It operates at greatly reduced speeds without oil, yielding lower manufacturing, operating and maintenance costs. We have developed a full-scale industrial heat pump pre-production product that was pilot tested at an industrial site throughout 2025. Recently Series A investment has been secured to scale the business and deliver further high temperature heat pump products to industrial end users.

• Calibrating equipment, maintaining records and adhering to health and safety standards
• Management of the on-site test facility, risk assessments and implementing test procedures
• Scientific and open-minded approach, sensitive to machine/system condition and behaviour, logging of detailed findings, monitoring test equipment and recording of anomalies or faults
• Attention to detail and patience to post process data and identify trends in results is essential
• Problem solving under pressure, and ability to conduct root cause investigations and report
• Support and perform product qualification testing including CE, UKCA, UL etc. as required
• Contribute to R&D activities and product development, e.g. new analytical tools and FMEA etc.
