We are an innovative, fast-growing company at the forefront of advanced manufacturing, materials development, and industrial technologies. With a diverse team of engineers, scientists, and technicians across multiple UK and US sites, we’re building the future of high-performance components and novel materials for use in cutting-edge industries including aerospace, electronics, and advanced manufacturing.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to help shape and maintain a safe, compliant, and positive working environment across our UK facilities.

The Role
This is a dynamic and varied position suited to a motivated and methodical professional. You will work closely with the Health & Safety Manager and a wider operational team to ensure compliance with UK safety legislation, support a strong safety culture, and continuously improve our safety systems and practices.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks—from conducting audits and risk assessments to engaging directly with staff on-site, overseeing incident investigations, and contributing to strategic planning. You’ll also help support and guide junior H&S team members and others involved in health and safety activities.

Regular travel between our Oxfordshire sites is required, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
