Being a responsible employer

We’re aware that what we do has implications for a range of stakeholders and, as responsible members of a wider community, we set high standards for our own social and environmental impact. We want this impact to reflect our team’s passion for positive change and echo many of the trends we see in our markets, as technologists increasingly attempt to address the challenges that face society today.

Where possible we try to ensure that we work with like-minded organisations within our own supply chain.

Since 2020 we have seized the opportunity to encourage home/flexible working, giving our team more time for their lives and downsizing our offices to a sustainable office space at Pure in Port Solent whose commitment to Net Zero we admire. Pure runs on 100% renewable energy, recycles 70-80% of its waste and offers sustainable commuting.

Growth partnershipTree planting

As a carbon reduction initiative we subscribe to eForest Tree Planting, which means that for every candidate we place, a tree is planted in a community woodlands, nature reserve or community farm. eForest works hard to ensure that the trees are planted and maintained properly so that they live to maturity. Our tree planting count is below!

Our charity work reflects the interests of our employees and we’re happy to support any cause that matters to the team. We have supported charities including Naomi House and Jack’s place, participating in runs, cycles, walks, bake days and more.
