<p class="body-l">Founded in 2011, Gerrell &amp; Hard is a recruitment and workforce expansion business that has become a scaleup partner to startups, market disruptors, innovators and established brands in the Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing space.&nbsp;</p><p>We are respected across Europe and beyond for outstanding leadership, expertise and results in a constantly-changing world.</p>

Since 2020 we have seized the opportunity to encourage home/flexible working, giving our team more time for their lives and downsizing our offices to a sustainable office space at Pure in Port Solent whose commitment to Net Zero we admire. Pure runs on 100% renewable energy, recycles 70-80% of its waste and offers sustainable commuting.

As a carbon reduction initiative we subscribe to Ecologi reforestation (we previously used eForest), which means that for every candidate we place, a tree is planted in a habitat restoration project here in the UK or at select projects abroad. Ecologi's work helps to reinvigorate ecosystems by planting native trees, but also by working with local communities to ensure the ongoing, sustainable use of the land.

Our charity work reflects the interests of our employees and we’re happy to support any cause that matters to the team. We have supported charities including Naomi House and Jack’s place, participating in runs, cycles, walks, bake days and more.
