CNC Setter/Operator - Turner

Twilight: Monday to Thursday 46 hours - 4pm to 4am
Weekend: Thursday to Sunday weekend day shift, hours TCC
As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring our client’s production cells operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Setting and operating CNC turning centres in a fast-paced production environment.
- Selecting tooling, setting offsets, preparing work holding, and safely proving out new and existing jobs.
- Producing components to engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Performing first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshooting machining issues, responding to machine alarms, and maintaining production output.
- Working closely with the production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and workplace safety.
