Are you an experienced automotive engineer who knows your way around modern vehicles, ECUs and vehicle data?
We’re looking for a Senior Vehicle Engineer to join our growing Automotive engineering client, working on cutting-edge vehicle tuning, diagnostics and performance technology.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong automotive knowledge with a practical, problem-solving mindset. You’ll have the opportunity to work across modern vehicle platforms, ECU calibration, diagnostics, data logging and vehicle development, helping turn engineering challenges into real-world solutions.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of vehicle-focused engineering projects, working closely with software and calibration specialists to:
- Investigate and understand vehicle and ECU behaviour.
- Support vehicle calibration, tuning and diagnostic development.
- Carry out vehicle testing, data logging and technical analysis.
- Develop and validate solutions across a range of modern vehicle platforms.
- Diagnose complex vehicle, electrical and communications issues.
- Contribute technical expertise to engineering projects and product development.
- Help develop processes, tools and approaches that improve engineering efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to less-experienced engineers where required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is experienced, curious and technically hands-on, with a genuine passion for automotive engineering.
You’ll ideally have experience in areas such as:
- Automotive engineering, vehicle development or diagnostics.
- ECU tuning, calibration or flashing.
- Vehicle data logging and analysis.
- CAN bus and automotive communications.
- Electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
- Performance, motorsport or automotive aftermarket engineering.
Most importantly, you’ll be a resilient problem solver who enjoys getting hands-on with vehicles and finding answers to complex technical problems.
