As a Senior Manager in Business Development, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth, forging key relationships, and shaping the future of the business. This leadership role requires a visionary approach to market expansion, revenue growth, and team management while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement business development strategies that align with organizational goals. Identify emerging market trends and new opportunities for expansion while ensuring ethical, sustainable growth.
  • Market & Stakeholder Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders based on trust and transparency. Lead negotiations to secure critical customer program awards, contributing to corporate success.
  • Partnership & Alliances: Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and extend market reach. Ensure that all collaborations adhere to high ethical standards and values.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the business development team to achieve performance goals. Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, responsibility, and unity across all stakeholders. Lead by example and provide hands-on support to drive team success.
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor and track KPIs to assess the success of business development initiatives. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or proven industry-recognized experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry standards and procedures (e.g., APQP, PPAP, IATF) is highly desirable.
  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in developing cost models and analyzing business performance with precision and responsibility.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust priorities and work in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to travel as needed.
