Software Programmer

We’re looking for a software programmer with a passion for solving complex challenges and an eye for efficient, high-impact code. You’ll join a tight-knit team supporting and enhancing our Manufacturing Execution System (MCS) and building innovative tools that drive production.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintaining and evolving our custom in-house manufacturing systems
• Designing and delivering robust code that supports real-time factory needs
• Supporting ad-hoc company software and SQL-based systems
• Working across the full development life cycle – from design to deployment
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring improvements to life.

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years with Delphi/Lazarus/ RemObjects Oxygene
• Strong SQL database knowledge (users, privileges, maintenance)
• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and software lifecycle

Desirable Extras:

• C#, C++, Web Development, Barcode printing (ZPL/EPL)
• Experience with Git/SVN, TCP/IP networking, PowerApps
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DHCP, or ServiceNow

Qualifications:

Degree in Software Engineering or related field (2:1 or above) or relevant HND with strong supporting experience
