To be engaged with the Propulsion Engineering division, mainly Performance and Calibration team (P&amp;C), to deliver resolutions for Current Product Support Activities. The activities are to include, ePCM&rsquo;s, ePIP&rsquo;s and NPIP&rsquo;s. Each of these activities have been combined into achievable engineering work packages.

Calibration Engineer

We are looking for a technically minded Project Manager to lead an internal engine design and high-performance vehicle design project from concept through to key development milestones and road compliance. The role involves working closely with design, simulation, test, and manufacturing teams to deliver a high-performance, production-feasible engine and vehicle within defined time, cost, and quality targets.
The ideal candidate will bring proven project management skills, a solid understanding of internal combustion engines and automotive systems, and ideally, experience or exposure in an automotive environment.
&nbsp;Applicants from a motorsport background with relevant engine or vehicle program experience are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
Requirements

In this role you will be the main contact between a specific customer and the team arranging and approving a range of abuse and development tests on customer battery systems ranging from cell level to full pack, including battery tear down (disassembly). You will be planning workloads, ensuring resources, equipment and tools are available when required. Please note;
Up to 18 month contract Up to &pound;18 p/hr (approx. &pound;29,835 p/a) based on skills and experience (inclusive of holiday pay) This role can be considered for Outside IR35 This role will involve working outdoors in all weathers throughout the year- appropriate PPE and clothing will be provided (if Outside IR35/Ltd company agency worker then we can discuss PPE requirements that you will need to provide for inspection and use) &nbsp;. A full UK drivers licence is required for this role. Baseline security clearance will be required for this role. 39 hours a week - standard hours 0830 - 1630 Mon to Thurs and 0830 - 1600 Fri with a 30 mins lunch each day. Product Manager

We are seeking a Technician to join our HyGe Pedestrian and Structures team on a 12 month contract.
Inside IR35 12 month contract role.
In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting dynamic crash simulations using our HyGe sled testing system, focusing on pedestrian safety and structural integrity assessments. Your responsibilities will include preparing test components and rigs, executing precise impact tests, and analysing data to evaluate vehicle compliance with safety standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of safer vehicle designs and advanced occupant protection systems.
