Are you an experienced logistics professional looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, growing business? We’re seeking a Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end logistics operations – from the movement of inbound materials and components to the delivery of vehicles to clients, partners, and events worldwide.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring our vehicles and materials arrive on time, in perfect condition, and with the right documentation. You’ll work closely with our operations, production, and client service teams, while building strong partnerships with hauliers, freight forwarders, and event organisers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Outbound Vehicle Deliveries – Oversee UK and international deliveries to clients, partners, and events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Inbound Logistics – Manage incoming shipments of components and materials, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Imports & Exports – Stay on top of legislation across key regions and ensure compliance with customs and shipping requirements.
  • Third-Party Coordination – Negotiate, manage, and monitor logistics providers, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Guarantee the accuracy of all customs, shipping, and delivery paperwork.
  • Event Support – Handle logistics for events, from vehicle transport to smooth load-in and load-out.
  • Scheduling & Tracking – Keep logistics schedules on track, resolve issues quickly, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Cost Control & Efficiency – Monitor spend, improve processes, and drive efficiency across logistics operations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act quickly and decisively.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, working seamlessly across teams and with external partners.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs documentation.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the drive to improve processes and deliver results.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation, take ownership of a critical function, and make a real impact.
