Management Accountant
Perm | Part-Time (30 hours/week)

Are you a detail-driven Management Accountant looking to make a real impact in a dynamic, early-stage environment? 
We’re looking for someone proactive, commercially aware, and confident in supporting decision-making with clear financial insight. This is a part-time opportunity with flexibility, working alongside senior leadership to shape financial performance in a fast-paced business.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the CFO and wider teams, you’ll take ownership of core financial processes—from transactional tasks to high-level analysis. Your work will provide the insights that guide operational decisions, improve performance, and drive strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage purchase ledger processing, payment runs, expense processing and payroll liaison
•    Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and KPIs
•    Monitor departmental spending and identify cost-saving opportunities
•    Provide variance analysis and commentary
•    Support cash flow forecasting and budget planning
•    Liaise across departments to support financial decision-making
•    Maintain compliance with regulations and accounting standards
•    Lead continuous improvement and automation in reporting processes

What We’re Looking For
•    Qualified or qualified by experience (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
•    3–5 years+ experience in a management accounting or similar finance role
•    Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
•    Confident in explaining financial data to non-finance stakeholders
•    A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach
•    Experience working in a fast-paced or early-stage business is an advantage
