ADAS Test Videographer
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Salary: £27,500 – £35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (39 hours per week)

We are looking for a skilled ADAS Test Videographer to join our ADAS Test team and take ownership of all filming and photographic activities supporting the delivery of vehicle testing services.

This is your opportunity to work on the cutting edge of vehicle safety and automation — capturing, processing and delivering technical footage that supports the validation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). From drone footage to in-vehicle recordings, your work will help ensure the latest automotive technologies perform safely and reliably in real-world conditions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage all videography and photography for ADAS testing activities
  • Operate drones, ground cameras, and GoPros to capture high-quality, time-referenced footage
  • Apply creative visual techniques in a highly technical, data-driven environment
  • Edit and post-process videos, aligning footage with test data and ENCAP protocols
  • Collaborate with the wider team to synchronise and merge footage with vehicle data
  • Maintain, organise, and store media assets securely and systematically
  • Specify and manage video equipment and software requirements
  • Keep up to date with Euro NCAP filming standards and implement protocol updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of video processes and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Creative videography and photography in technical or engineering settings
  • Confident drone operator (must be able to fly drones independently)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
  • Experience interpreting technical data and applying time references to footage
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in vehicle testing environments or similar

Preferred:

  • Experience filming to Euro NCAP specifications
  • Member of the Royal Photographic Society or equivalent

Qualifications:

  • HND (Level 3) or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Training or certification in photography, videography, or drone operation

Ideal Candidate:

You may currently be working in a technical video production role within the automotive, engineering or aerospace industries. You’ll be confident in capturing high-quality footage with technical precision, have a strong creative eye, and enjoy working closely with data and protocol-driven requirements. This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and clear communication are essential.
