We’re looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Product Support & Aftersales Manager to join our Operations team in a unique hybrid role.

Initially, this position will work closely with the Product Validation team, supporting testing, technical investigations, and customer issue resolution. As products move into series production, the role will evolve into establishing and leading the aftersales support function.

This is an opportunity to help shape a new capability from the ground up within an innovative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support product validation and testing activities
* Investigate and help resolve technical and customer issues
* Develop customer-facing aftersales processes and SOPs
* Support warranty, service, and escalation management
* Coordinate issue resolution across Engineering, Quality, and Operations
* Analyse product and field performance data to drive improvements
* Help prepare the business for post-SOP customer support

What We’re Looking For

Essential

* Experience in aftersales, product support, service, or technical customer support
* Strong technical problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
* Experience developing or improving support processes

Desirable

* Automotive, electronics, or engineering background
* Hands-on testing or validation experience
* Familiarity with 8D / root cause analysis
* Experience with CRM or case management systems

The Person
