We’re launching a brand-new Serial Production facility for advanced metal components — and we’re looking for a Production Process Engineer to help build it from the ground up.

In the first phase, you’ll act as a project lead, coordinating infrastructure, equipment, systems, and process readiness. You’ll work across engineering, quality, and operations to ensure a smooth transition from development into stable, scalable production.

Once live, you’ll own the production processes. That means driving robustness, leading root cause investigations, managing PFMEAs, defining KPIs, and ensuring processes are validated, controlled, and continuously improving. You’ll be the technical authority for production performance — focused on quality, yield, downtime, throughput, and cost.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on accountability and impact.

We’re looking for:

• 5+ years in production, manufacturing, or process engineering
• Strong project management capability
• Proven experience with structured problem-solving and RCCA 
• PFMEA ownership experience
• KPI-driven and data-focused mindset
• Lean / continuous improvement experience
• Confidence working cross-functionally
• Experience setting up new manufacturing operations or working in additive or batch production environments is highly desirable.
