As a Software Engineer, you’ll work side-by-side with developers, machine learning engineers, metallurgists, and process experts to build innovative platforms that power the next generation of metal components. From visualising 3D data to optimising build strategies and material design, you’ll tackle real engineering challenges—and see the impact of your code in the real world.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit agile team where your ideas matter, your code ships fast, and your learning never stops.

What You’ll Do:
Design and develop platforms for data analysis, build prep, and process optimisation
Work across the full dev lifecycle—from user stories to deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex, high-impact problems
Build tools that automate and accelerate advanced manufacturing workflows

What You’ll Bring:
Degree (2:1 or above) in computer science, engineering, maths, or a related field
Strong coding skills in C#, C++, or Python
Solid grasp of OOP, software design principles, and test-driven development
A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a love for solving hard problems

Bonus Points For:
Experience with ASP.NET Core, Blazor, WPF, or working with 3D data
Knowledge of machine learning, CI/CD, or version control systems
Interest in applied engineering and model-driven development
