They have developed a revolutionary, market-leading solution to the problems of patient setup and motion management. The Company works closely with scientific and clinical centres of excellence around the globe and has forged strong alliances with the major industry vendors, helping to provide a more accurate Radiotherapy solution.

Role Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for an outstanding C++ Software Engineer has arisen to lever new technologies, both in restructuring existing world class software products and introducing new exciting features. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference. You will join a team of friendly, highly qualified and accomplished professionals.

Key Responsibilities will include:
• Design, build, refactor and maintain fast, efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code
• Work closely with researchers to bring algorithms and ideas to production
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automatization

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Must have relevant experience in industry in a computer science, engineering, mathematics or scientific discipline
• Strong numerical algorithm software development experience in C++
• Strong C++ 11 and/or 14 experience
• Experience with developing and optimising software for real-time processing speed
• Excellent object orientation design knowledge (following SOLID principles) and design patterns
• Test driven development experience
• Concurrency and multithreading

• .NET (C# 7) or Python (3.7) experience
• Agile and Test-driven development
• Experience with Visual Studio (ideally 2017)
• Experience with VTK, OpenCV, CVB
• Experience with MSBuild, GIT, Bamboo, Jira, StyleCop, MVVM, MSTest, NUnit, UML, Enterprise Architect
• Experience in 3D graphics, computer vision, image processing, DICOM or medical imaging
• GPU programming experience (DirectX, OpenGL, CUDA)
• Numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work to another’s design
• Commercial awareness
• Team working skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Methodical thorough approach to work
