New Automotive OEM located in Wiltshire is recruiting a Purchasing Administrator (Indirect) on a contract basis to lead the administration for the procurement of all Non-Production Goods & Related Service Requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Buyers and Non-Production purchasing Management in delivering the sourcing objectives aligned with the Programme.
You will hold strong skills with Microsoft Applications, interfacing with SAP and MRP systems, liaising preparing NDAs, administering terms and conditions and contract signing in support of the buyers including all other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
You must have previous Administration experience, collaborative Working Behaviours and Strong Stakeholder Management skills. You will be open and honest with a positive, flexible approach to new processes.
