Job Description

This is a chance to join an expanding technology driven company who are making a real impact within the Oil & Gas Industry. Working in a small but dedicated project office of 5, we are looking for 2 experienced Project Managers who can work on multiple projects whilst adding industry knowledge to the department. Projects are typically 3-18 months in duration and worth anywhere between £500k to £10m.
 
This position would suit a Project Manager who is energetic, passionate about engineering & has worked within the oil & gas industry.  The team take a structured approach to project management and we are looking for someone who is able to make sound judgements on risk, problem solve throughout the project lifecyle, has an open communication style and is genuinely interested in producing a world class product for their customers. 
 
You’ll have probably seen 3-4 projects through the cycle and know how to manage internal and external customers. There will some international travel associated with this position, but this is unlikely to be more than once a month. Most of the work will be based locally in Hampshire, with the occasional trip to suppliers etc.
 
Specifics:
Oil & Gas industry experience
Engineering degree from good university
Has been through the project cycle 3-4 times
Subsea, offshore, operator or contractor experience
Pipe handling or pipe manufacturing experience (desirable)
Good open communicator
Objective driven
