NVH Attribute Leader
Perm - £60 - £70,000

Key skills and requirements:
Reporting to the Vehicle Development Manger you will lead the attribute in all aspects of NVH (Structural, Airborne
and Propulsion etc).
Acting as an NVH advisor across the business you’ll be responsible for leading the NVH strategy and delivering NVH
targets. This will include benchmarking and target setting, managing CAE work streams, conducting objective
measurement and subjective appraisals.
You’ll work with component teams and other areas of the business to deliver the required content and
specifications into the program to meet deliverables.
You’ll present NVH results and status at a working level and in senior reviews to deliver the attribute.
Requirements:
You will preferably have a bachelors degree in Mechanical or Acoustic Engineering or equivalent with at least 10
years automotive industry experience. You will have a detailed understanding of NVH principles.
You’ll be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering the NVH attribute on vehicle programs including sound
quality, propulsion systems, mounts, acoustic sound pack development, wind noise and drive by from concept
through to production. You’ll have extensive experience working with electric propulsion systems.
Understanding of NVH testing and development including subjective assessment skills, objective measurement and
instrumentation.
