Summary:
Our Automotive OEM in Warwick is seeking two HV Safety Curriculum Trainers to work on their electrical vehicle projects. They are seeking someone with an engineering / technical background ideally within high voltage safety compliance / standards with strong training experience.

You will work as part of a small team whom develop the HV Safety Curriculum whereby you will be responsible for taking these safety policies / compliance and converting this into training material to be rolled out across the whole of the business. Coming from an automotive EV / high voltage background would be ideal as you will need to have an understanding of the design content, working with the team to bring the business up to the correct standards.

Job description:
Responsible for Electric Vehicle/ HV safety framework project development and delivery across the whole business. 
 
This role will deliver an underpinning EV safety framework with an EV Safety training curriculum to support business requirements

Working across two main sites of the company within the UK to apply an all-encompassing approach with no compromise to safety, setting out consistent and intuitive safety protocols across all business functions.

Deliverables: 
Develop, document and file EV safety standards
Develop, document and file business function specific EV safety policy
Develop EV safety framework training curriculum 
Develop training course material for classroom and e-learning delivery platforms 
Contribute to the management and delivery of the Propulsion EV safety strategy

Qualified in a training or curriculum development discipline 
Experience of OEM Service sector and development of service processes
Extensive knowledge of EV Safety concepts and regulations
Experience on or around BEV and PHEV system solutions 
Experience with official document creation - Standards and Requirements
