Job Description

I am currently seeking an Interim HR Advisor for our Automotive OEM client. This is a varied generalist role which requires a flexible and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. We require strong generalist HR experience, ideally in a knowledge work environment and with a particular focus on employee relations. This is an interim contract role and will run through until December 31st, 2019. 
Responsibilities Include: 
General HR & Department Activities
Updating of HR Policies & literature in line with legislative changes
Preparation of contracts and other contract related documents.
Case management of Associate Relations issues including supporting management with meetings, preparation of letters, note taking and record keeping
First point of contact for Manager and Associate HR queries, escalating to HR Manager when required
HR reporting including data analysis and creating presentations
Checking and supporting the input of salary related activities such as payroll, highlighting discrepancies to the HR Manager
Managing the relationships with recruitment agencies, attending interviews and making recommendations for job offers
Support with sourcing and delivery of training solutions
Coordinating HR&A department projects
Coordinating risk and compliance activities
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: 
MCIPD Qualified or equivalent experience
Up to date employment law knowledge
Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in a knowledge work environment and with a particular focus on employee relations
An adept communicator, must be able to build good relationships across all cultures both internally and externally 
Excellent IT skills e.g. Excel & PowerPoint
Analytical and numerate
Must have a flexible & positive attitude and ability to self-manage
Must possess multi-tasking, prioritisation, organisation and strong planning skills
Must demonstrate attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
