Electric Drive Unit Manager
£Neg + benefits (15% Bonus, Healthcare, Pension)

Leading and managing the EDU Design team, this is an opportunity to work on a wide range of EDU component designs at the cutting edge of the technology as we take steps forward the remain at the forefront of engineering design and delivery. 

On the day-to-day, you'll coordinate and guide the EDU design team with component and system level designs in line with their high standards for excellence. You'll be supporting their dedicated and skilled engineers with the quality checking of drawings and CAD models, supporting component concern resolution and Production Part Approval Process. 

This is a key role within the rapidly growing Propulsion department. You'll be playing a pivotal role on the future delivery and success of their products and projects. 

About you:  
With a strong background in Electric Drive Unit design and delivery, they're looking for someone with a track record of delivering projects from concept to production within Powertrain design. 

You'll be a leader, motivating and supporting a team to deliver excellence to support their ambitious plans for product and project delivery. 

Flexible and self-motivated, they're looking for someone who is creative and able to work to tight deadlines. With an eye for problem solving, you'll manage projects and your team around them.
