My client which was set up in 2015 is a highly ambitious robotics start-up. Based in France, they have won a UK project and they need to recruit a Country Manager / Senior Project Leader to establish the UK operation.

The Role: 

We are seeking for a Country Manager / Sr Project Leader to helps us expand nationally in the UK.

You will build the business from scratch and lead our first innovative project with one of the largest airports in London.

The mission
You will be responsible of launching this project in London by spring 2019 and expand in the UK.

- Manage all operations of the business from finding an office, hiring a team (incl. a Junior Project Manager) to the negociation of new contracts in the UK,

- Drive both Engineering team and airport’s organisation (from operational level to executive management),

- Ensure the success of our project, that KPIs are met and costs stay in line with our initial budget.

Your profile
Ideally you will have a strong hardware background with minimum 10 years experience in Project Management,
You understand our ecosystem (airport industry, automotive, robotics, logistics, operations)
Tech-savy
You will have to show excellent stakeholder management skills that will be crucial to the success of our project (Quality/Costs/Lead time).
You are excited by the challenge of working in a startup
Native English speaker
French language would be a nice add-on
Regular trips to France (mainly Paris) will be required
