Volta Trucks are looking for an Office Manager for their beautiful offices in Leamington. 

Location - Mainly at The American Barns Banbury Road, Royal Leamington Spa CV35 0AE but will also be required onsite at Mira Watling Street, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 0TU (flexibility between sites is required)
 
This is a Part time, contract role, office based role.
 
The contract is initially 2 months (rolling contract)

The role is available on a part time basis, this can either be 3 days a week or 5 days a week, flexible as required. For example, around school hours. They are really flexible with the hours.

We are looking for a friendly and sociable person who is happy to get involved with all tasks, a team player to help & assist across the business and be a point of contact for the team. 

Responsible to manage the American Barns and MIRA office facility and assist with business administration in a proactive manner.

Main Location - The American Barns Banbury Road, Royal Leamington Spa CV35 0AE and (less so at MIRA). 

Main duties
•    Manage the hotdesking area and all meeting rooms. Keep all areas of the office presentable and ready to use. 
•    Purchase tea/coffee/sugar and stationery for the office using the company card. 
•    Health & Safety Lead for the site (training will be provided)
•    On site Fire Marshall & First Aider (training will be provided) 
•    (Possibly) book travel for employees this includes hotels, flights, ferry, rail, hire cars, meeting rooms. 
•    Purchase small items on the company card for the Electrical Team based at the office. 
•    Raise purchase orders and onboard new suppliers. 
•    Help arrange company events both internal & external. 
•    Arrange Team Village Halls via Teams. 
•    Assist Procurement team with general administrative tasks. 
•    POC with landlord, ensure he is recording meter readings and testing the fire alarms. 
•    Raise purchase orders for rent and utilities at American Barns. 
•    Deal with any and all adhoc team requests.
•    Sign for and record deliveries, informing team members their deliveries have arrived and making sure they are/were collected. 
•    Be aware and knowledgeable of the company policies and where documents are stored.

SKILLS/PERSONAL QUALITIES: 
- Highly organised, sociable, conscientious, efficient, flexible. 
- Administration experience essential, office management not essential
