Gerrell & Hard are proud to be supporting Hedley Studios to recruit a Client Service Advisor to join their team in Oxfordshire.
Working within the Client Services Team, the new Client Service Advisor will take ownership of all post-delivery relationships with their clients, distributors and dealers, and scale up the existing service and after sales function. Responsible for managing all issue resolution and ownership queries, this person will be essential in elevating their client’s ownership experience, working cross-departmentally to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
The day-to-day responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all after sales enquiries from clients, dealerships and distributors post-delivery
• Be the point of contact for global dealership and distributor network for servicing and after sales support
• Responsible for coordinating the resolution of all in-field issues with support from in-house Technicians and wider Client Services team
• Support the creation of service manuals and warranty documentation for new product launches
• Work alongside our Warehouse and Production teams to support the management of spare part stock levels and servicing support
• Develop strategies to enhance client ownership experience, improve client satisfaction and reduce issue resolution time
• Seek after sales channels to upsell and encourage new sales through our existing client base, including taking ownership of our newly launched Flying Technician offering
What you bring to the table:
• Proven experience working within a service / after sales function in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with clients, external partners and internal stakeholders
• A customer-focused approach, with commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a bias towards taking action
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team
• Experience working with UHNWIs and/or dealer networks beneficial, but not essential
