We’re looking for a proactive, analytical thinker to join as a Finance & Strategy Manager. If you thrive on variety, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to make an impact in a fast-growing, cutting-edge technology business — then we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll:

•              Develop and refine business strategy alongside divisional leadership

•              Build financial forecasts, track budgets, and advise on pricing

•              Support customer relationships: pitching projects, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms

•              Lead internal strategic initiatives, ensuring projects run on time and on budget

•              Help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across teams

•              You’ll work closely with technical experts, senior management, and key customers — acting as the bridge between commercial strategy and engineering execution.

About you:

•              At least 3 years in strategy, management, or operations consulting background

•              Confident with numbers and Excel modelling

•              Strong communicator who loves collaborating with different teams

•              Organised, curious, and comfortable adapting in a dynamic environment

•              Degree background, Power BI skills, and experience in engineering/manufacturing would be a bonus
