We are looking for a dynamic and qualified Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations and help our client align their people strategy with the business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our growing team and make a meaningful impact on our future success.
As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and managing all HR-related matters. You’ll be responsible for everything from developing HR strategies and recruitment processes to employee relations, performance management, and ensuring legal compliance. Your goal will be to foster a positive working environment, supporting the development and engagement of our team as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances and HR issues
- Oversee the company’s sponsorship license and HR documentation
- Lead performance appraisals, training programs, and development initiatives
- Ensure legal compliance and manage company pensions
- Support cost of living reviews and present findings to senior leadership
- Nurture a positive workplace culture that drives high performance
What We're Looking For:
- Solid experience in HR (as a HR Generalist, Manager, or Business Partner)
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels
- French language skills (desirable)
- Experience in the maritime or manufacturing industry (desirable)
