Our client is poised for rapid growth, especially in export markets, and is now looking for a quality, health and safety professional to help maintain and enhance their high standards of quality, safety, and environmental certification.

As a Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in implementing a new Quality Management System (QMS) and helping to drive continuous improvement across the company. You will develop policies, conduct internal audits and collaborate on cross-functional improvement projects. You’ll also be responsible for raising awareness of quality standards and ensuring our processes meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage QMS to ensure ongoing compliance and improvements
• Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and quality improvement activities
• Develop and manage quality, safety, and environment certifications
• Lead and participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects
• Maintain reporting tools and prepare the Quality Annual Report
• Collaborate with staff to promote and embed quality standards across the business

About You:

We’re looking for someone with a passion for quality and experience in implementing and maintaining QMS. You’ll need strong organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively.

Essential Criteria:

• Knowledge of quality, safety, and environment regulations – 14001, 18001, 9001
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with teams

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in the marine or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with quality management systems
• French language skills
