Project Engineer

One of my clients is looking for a Project Engineer to join on a contract basis for 6 months (initially). They are at the pre-production phase and looking for an engineer who has good planning and organisation skills to work closely with others in the business and make the necessary plans for increased production. There is also some rework/test activity that needs considering too. They would ideally like this background:

•    Degree in Electronics
•    A technical background but with good organisation, planning and project engineering skills
•    Some experience/background from within electronics design and manufacturing sector
•    Aerospace and Defence industry standards knowledge
•    Able to plan and manage lots of change, facilitate RCA issues and put in plans to remedy problems from production test failures
•    A tactical, forward looking and pragmatic/considered approach

It’s based in Hampshire, outside IR35 and paying between £350-400 per day via Ltd company status.
